Return & Refund Policy

All sales of CNC machines and accessories are considered final once shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any machine that has been shipped, opened, or used.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only considered if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • If a return is approved prior to shipping, the following deductions will apply:
    • Credit card processing fees (typically 3%)
    • Transportation or handling fees already incurred
  • In special circumstances, such as extraordinary issues outside normal operation, we may review and approve exceptions on a case-by-case basis. These will be rare, and any approved refund will still have the above deductions applied.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sinecorecnc.com. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and provide a solution — whether that’s repair, replacement parts, or other support.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need different equipment or accessories, a new order must be placed.

Refunds (if approved before shipping or under special circumstances)

If a refund is approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
