Shipping & Delivery Information

Machines ship palletized via freight from Sterling, Illinois. Shipping is invoiced separately after checkout once we confirm your address and delivery details.

United States

  • Typical shipping cost: $250–$700 USD depending on distance and delivery conditions.
  • Transit time: ~1 week after shipment (most destinations).
  • Delivery method: Palletized freight (curbside delivery).
  • Scheduling: The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window.
  • Liftgate: Available, and automatically added for residential or restricted-access addresses.

If you have access questions (residential delivery, lift gate, driveway clearance), contact us and we’ll confirm what’s required. Freight delivery is typically curbside, the driver is not obligated to move the pallet into a garage or shop.

Canada

  • Transit time: 2–3 weeks (typical).
  • Reason: Border clearance and broker coordination.
  • Broker assistance: We can help coordinate a customs broker if needed.

Import duties and taxes are not included and are billed separately by the carrier or broker prior to delivery.

International

  • Transit time: 2–4 weeks (typical).
  • Most destinations: We ship via DHL, which includes built-in brokerage services.
  • Spot-rate pricing: A good guideline is around $1,200 USD, but it can fluctuate.

Pallet & Delivery Details

  • One machine per pallet: Each machine ships on its own pallet for safe handling.
  • Multiple items: Accessories and additional items ship together on the pallet whenever possible.
  • Delivery type: Freight is typically curbside. Plan to move the pallet from the curb into your shop.
  • Equipment: A pallet jack, forklift, or several helpers may be needed depending on your setup.
  • Appointment: Scheduled delivery appointments are available in many areas.
Delivery tip:
Please inspect the pallet before signing. If there is visible damage, take photos and note it on the delivery receipt. Keep the packaging until the machine has been fully inspected.

Brokerage & Customs (Outside the U.S.)

Important:
Shipping is invoiced separately from your order after address confirmation. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included and are billed separately by the carrier or customs broker prior to delivery.

We provide a separate shipping invoice after confirming your address and delivery details.

The carrier or customs broker bills these separately. These charges are set by your country.
Broker help
For Canada and certain regions, we can assist in coordinating a customs broker. Most other countries are handled through DHL’s built-in brokerage service.
Customs timing
Customs processing can add time to delivery depending on your country and local requirements.

Local Pickup

  • Pickup available in Sterling, Illinois.
  • Must be scheduled in advance by email after your order is placed and processed.
  • Please bring appropriate vehicle capacity and tie-down equipment. 
  • Pallet dimensions: 49 × 41 × 42 inches.
